Real experience, real understanding
Our team collectively has over 20 years of experience helping people from our communities, including Eastern Europeans, Hungarians and Portuguese migrants. We all have lived experience of adapting to life in the UK, which means we understand the challenges people face. We have worked with hundreds of clients and beneficiaries over the years and approach every case with empathy, respect and without judgement.

Finding the best solution
We work with you to identify the most suitable course of action for your situation. When necessary, we consult colleagues, partner organisations and specialists supporting our charity. We will always explain the available options and help you decide on the approach that best fits your needs and circumstances.
Support that helps you become independent

If you choose to proceed with our support, we explain every step of the process as we go. This approach may take a little longer than elsewhere, but it helps you understand how systems in the UK work, making it easier to handle similar situations independently in the future. We cannot guarantee outcomes, but we can guarantee professionalism, honesty and commitment.

Affordable support for everyone
Funding for migrant-support services has become increasingly limited in recent years. To ensure we can continue helping people, some services are provided at an affordable rate of £30 per hour. If ongoing support becomes difficult to afford, we can discuss flexible monthly payment arrangements to make assistance more accessible.

Questions about our services
We always try to secure charitable funding so we can help people for free whenever possible. Unfortunately, funding for migrant-support charities has become much more difficult in recent years.
To make sure we can continue helping people instead of turning them away, we introduced an affordable service model: £30 per hour of support. If the total cost becomes difficult for you to manage, we can discuss affordable monthly payment arrangements. Our priority is making support accessible, not creating additional stress.
First, we listen and learn about your situation. Then we decide on the best course of action. If needed, we may consult trusted colleagues or specialist partners working with our charity.
After that, we will clearly explain:
-
what can be done,
-
what options you have,
-
and what support we can realistically provide.
Depending on your preference, we can either:
-
do things on your behalf,
-
support you step-by-step,
-
or guide you so you can do it independently.
-
Because we want you to understand what is happening.
When we help you with forms, applications, housing matters, benefits, or other issues, we usually complete the process together with you - explaining every step in simple language.
It may take slightly longer, but our goal is to help you feel more confident using British systems independently in the future.
Absolutely not. We know how hard it can be to ask for help. Many of our clients come to us feeling ashamed, stressed, overwhelmed, or scared.
We believe judgment helps nobody. Our role is to listen, understand your situation, and work together on practical solutions - respectfully and professionally.
We are not solicitors or professional lawyers. Our role is different — we use our experience, knowledge, and community understanding to remove common barriers faced by migrants. If something is outside our expertise, we will tell you honestly and try to point you in the right direction.
No honest organisation can guarantee results - especially in matters involving benefits, immigration, housing, or official decisions.
What we can guarantee is:
-
professionalism,
-
full engagement,
-
honesty,
-
and doing everything we realistically can to help.

It is really hard to sort some things out when you cannot take a day off work and have to work overtime. Luckily, Aspeera can do it for you!

What I thought was a simple case got so convoluted even the Council couldn't give me guidance. Luckily, you guys had experience and were able to lean in!

I have been using similar services elsewhere, but Aspeera really trumps them - both with quality and pricing. I recommend them to all my friends!
