Our Mission
Our Aspeera team has been working together since 2019. We are a diverse group of Eastern European migrants united by a shared goal – helping people overcome barriers, build confidence and create a better future in the UK. Through our own experiences, we understand the challenges of settling in a new country and are committed to supporting others on the same journey.
Built on real experience
Our dedication to supporting community members comes from our own experiences of adapting to life in the UK. Some of our team arrived before Brexit in search of new opportunities, while others came to the UK after being displaced by war. Despite different backgrounds, we all faced similar challenges - finding housing, securing stable employment, navigating unfamiliar systems and overcoming language barriers. These experiences showed us how difficult the first steps can be when building a new life in another country. They also inspired us to create the kind of support we wish had been available when we arrived.
Building bridges for the future
Our goal is to help people feel confident, informed and connected within their local communities. We work to remove barriers, challenge unfair treatment and create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive in the UK. By combining lived experience with practical support, we aim to build stronger connections between migrant communities and wider society - helping people move forward with greater independence, stability and confidence.
Support that understands culture
Eastern Europe is home to many different nationalities, languages and traditions. We understand that every person’s journey is unique and that effective support requires cultural understanding as well as practical knowledge. As migrants ourselves, we know the realities our beneficiaries face. This allows us to provide guidance that is not only professional but also accessible, empathetic and relevant to the communities we serve.
